The main campus on Cottingham Road offers a self‑contained environment with teaching buildings, library, sports centre, Students’ Union and accommodation all within walking distance. Official halls such as Taylor Court and Westfield Court provide en‑suite and standard rooms at relatively low weekly rents compared to many UK cities, with bills included. The Students’ Union organises societies, events and support services. Hull is a port city with a growing cultural scene, music venues and access to the Yorkshire countryside and coast, while remaining one of the UK’s more affordable places to live.

  • Scholarships available: The University of Hull offers several scholarships for international students.
