Leading technical university.Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) is a public technical university based in Valencia, Spain, with main campus at Camino de Vera and branch campuses in Alcoy and Gandia. Founded in 1968, it is considered the top Spanish technological university and focuses on engineering, architecture, design, and applied sciences, while also offering programs in business, fine arts, and computer science. UPV has around 30,000 students across bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs. UPV’s main campus is in the city of Valencia near the beach and connected by metro and tram; additional campuses are in Alcoy and Gandia. Internships: UPV maintains strong partnerships with companies and public institutions in the Valencian Region and across Spain. Many engineering and design degrees include mandatory or optional internships in industry, often coordinated through the university’s career services and departmental agreements. Students can participate in Erasmus+ traineeships or local internships in technology, manufacturing, IT, architecture, agriculture and tourism sectors.
