The University of West Attica (UniWA) was formed in 2018 through the merger of TEI Athens and TEI Piraeus (former Technological Educational Institutes). It is the largest technological university in Greece by student enrollment. 5 schools covering Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Biomedical), Health and Caring Professions (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Radiotherapy, Occupational Therapy), Graphic Design and Arts, Business, and Public Health.
