Universidad Panamericana (UP) is a private Catholic university in Mexico. It originated in 1967 with IPADE (business) and in 1978 gained full university status. The Mexico City presence is at Augusto Rodin 498 (Mixcoac) and Campus Santa Fe; other campuses are in Guadalajara and Aguascalientes. UP offers high school, undergraduate, and graduate programs in business, law, engineering, health sciences, philosophy, communication, architecture, pedagogy, and gastronomy. It ranks among the top private universities in Mexico (QS, THE) and is known for employability and sustainability (UI GreenMetric). Main language of instruction is Spanish.

- Scholarships available: UP offers nine types of scholarships (academic, sports, cultural, and others). Minimum average for most is 8.0 (9.0 for some convenio scholarships). Applicants must demonstrate financial need and submit family income and address proof. Applications are online (apoyoeconomico.gdl.up.mx for some campuses). About 60% of students receive some form of scholarship. Orphan insurance and other fees may apply. Scholarship contests are held, including in February.
