The University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest (USAMVB) is one of Romania's oldest specialized universities, founded in 1852. Faculties of Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Medicine, Land Reclamation and Environmental Engineering, Biotechnology, and Agrifood and Environmental Economics. Strong research in sustainable agriculture, animal sciences, plant biology, and environmental engineering. EU-accredited veterinary program.
