RWTH has several sites in Aachen (e.g. Templergraben 55, Campus Melaten, Campus Mitte) and a presence in Jülich. The semester fee (e.g. €304.47 winter 2024/25) includes a mobility contribution (Germany ticket + South Limburg), social contribution (student services, catering), and student body contribution. Studierendenwerk Aachen runs about 24 halls (~5,000 beds); rents from about €202 to €302/month for shared rooms, €247 for single apartments at SAW. International Office and Division 2.1 International Admissions (Super C, Templergraben 57) handle applications and support. Over 15,000 international students from 137 countries (WS 2024/25).

Internships: RWTH offers an RWTH Matching Platform (students matched with companies by degree and compatibility), a job board for graduates, Pitchbox (video platform for entry-level positions), and a Career Club Lounge with long-term partner companies.
