Internships: The Employment, Placements and Entrepreneurship Portal (empleo.ujaen.es) provides job offers, placement matching and entrepreneurship support. The annual Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair connects students and graduates with 50+ companies and institutions; companies can post vacancies and use university facilities for selection. Many degrees include curricular placements. The Fundación UJA-Empresa offers hiring incentives (e.g. up to €2,600 for graduates, €3,900 for master’s). The Caja Rural UJA Finanzas dual programme offers six-month placements for students in business, law and social sciences.
