The State University of Moldova (USM) is the largest and oldest higher education institution in Moldova, founded in 1946. A comprehensive research university with faculties of Law, Economics, History and Philosophy, Biology and Chemistry, Physics and Engineering, Mathematics and Informatics, Journalism, Psychology and Social Assistance, and Foreign Languages. Over 15,000 students from Moldova and abroad. Member of the European University Association.
