National University of Avellaneda

The National University of Avellaneda (Universidad Nacional de Avellaneda, UNDAV) is a young public university located in Avellaneda, in the southern metropolitan area of Buenos Aires. Created in 2009, it focuses on inclusive access to higher education and offers undergraduate and graduate programs in engineering, environmental sciences, business management, tourism, law, social sciences, cultural management, design, audiovisual arts, nursing and physical activity. UNDAV emphasizes social commitment, local development and links with the productive and cultural sectors of the region, combining classroom and community‑based learning. Its urban campuses provide classrooms, laboratories, workshops, media studios, libraries and sports facilities and many programs are also available in distance‑learning formats.
