Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava is a regional university in northeastern Romania near the Ukrainian border, founded in 1990. Named after Moldovan medieval prince Ștefan cel Mare (Stephen the Great). 13 faculties covering Engineering, Economics and Administration, Letters and Communication Sciences, Food Engineering, Forestry, Education Sciences, History and Geography, Physical Education, Law, and Arts. Strategic location for Ukrainian and Moldovan students.
