Apply first to PKU, then via Chinese Embassy/Consulate. PKU International Student Scholarship also available. For Chinese-taught programmes: HSK 6 (180+ undergrad, 200+ science grad, 210+ humanities grad). For English-taught: TOEFL/IELTS. CGS for English-taught programmes may not cover full tuition; check current rules.
