Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo (UAEH)

Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo (UAEH) is a public university in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico. It traces its origins to 1869 and became an autonomous institution in 1961. UAEH has several campuses across the state (Pachuca, Ciudad Sahagún, Actopan, Apan, Tizayuca, Tepeji, among others). It offers high school (bachillerato), undergraduate (licenciatura), and graduate programs. Over 60 undergraduate programs and more than 30 graduate programs are available; many graduate programs are in CONACyT's National Quality Program. The university is a member of CUMEX and is recognized by Mexico's Secretariat of Public Education. Main teaching language is Spanish.
